On December 2008, ASTI signed a “Strategic Partnership Agreement” with JFE-SI. Under the program, two ASTI engineers (second and third from the left in the picture) had arrived at JFE-SI in August. Both are university graduates specializing in IT, system engineers, and certified passers of JLPT (Japanese Language Proficiency Test) Level 2. They will have a one-year training in JFE-SI that plans to begin offshore development with the two engineers as key persons upon completion of the said training.
