Ayala ICT Summit 2009 was held with 900 participants

The 3rd Ayala ICT Summit was held at the Edsa Shangri-La Hotel on August 28, 2009.
This Summit was started 3 years ago and is held once a year for sharing ICT best practices among Ayala group companies and upcoming technology trends in the ICT industry.
There were about 900 participants in the summit, including CIOs and IT employees of the Ayala group companies as well as partners and vendors such as IBM, SAP, EMC, Trend Micro and MDi .
Green IT, Security and Reducing Costs were the main themes this year. 23 booths were present and 42 seminars, in which three Japanese firms participated, were held all throughout the event.
At the same time, individual business meetings were arranged separately that will lead to business expansion in the Philippines and ASEAN region.
